Description
This southward view of the Chelan Butte Wildlife Area and beyond was captured in May of 2015 on a simply lovely day. The area sits very high above Lake Chelan and the Columbia River. A long steep and narrow drive up to great heights affords a fantastic nearly 360 degree view of the cascades to the northwest and south, and the Columbia River to the southeast. This image has been digitally enhanced.
