This wide angle black and white panoramic image was taken from the Frank Island sandspit at Chesterman Beach near Tofino, British Columbia, on the west coast of Vancouver Island. The view is to the north at this most popular surfing spot. It was a low tide morning in April 2022 on this stellar day and gentle clouds are reflected in the tidal flat.
