Description
This wide angle black and white panoramic image was taken on the Frank Island sandspit at Chesterman Beach near Tofino, British Columbia, on the west coast of Vancouver Island. It was low tide around noon in April 2016. The view is to the north on this stellar day and wispy clouds are reflected in the receding tide.

Wonderful highlights of light in this whispy sky and it's reflection in the low tide! The black and white medium seem to make the mountain-scape look flatter, off-set by the low-lying clouds. Quite an interesting contrast to the image taken in color.
