This image was captured in early December 2014 in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. This is Okanagan Lake looking south from near the William Bennett Bridge. There is a hint of a remnant of a sun dog and its reflection in the smooth water. Fog on the lake rounds out an interested and beautiful view.

I was born and raised in New England and met my Canadian wife of 50 years now while travelling in Europe in '73. I have mostly lived in Canada since. I have been interested in photography since 1970 and had taken multitudes of pictures in the "film" age. After a time away from photography, I jumped in again in the early years of the "digital" age. I graduated from the New York Institute of Photography in 2007. Since, I spent a couple of years as a part time professional photographer, though I am moving away from working to return to my roots in outdoor photography as a life interest.
