Artist's Description

This hand detailed digitally enhanced image was captured in Ocean Shores Washington in April of 2015. The view is east across the bay towards Westport on the rather steep edge of Oyehut Bay which gets pounded by the westerly winds and seas coming off of the Pacific. The wind was howling at the deserted beach on this day beneath nearly perfect skies.

I graduated from the New York Institute of Photography in 2007. Since, I spent a couple of years as a part time professional photographer, though I am moving away from working to return to my roots in outdoor photography as a life interest. I enjoy taking landscape, moving water, and nature images - and any other passing fancy moment that deserves to last. I love quiet wild spaces...
