This image across the lake from the city was captured in mid January at Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. This is Okanagan Lake looking southwest from near Sibell Maude-Roxby Wetlands Boardwalk. Lake effect fog and winter skies show some sketchy sun and a cool looking scene. In the foreground is shore ice. The gulls are hanging out on ice floes.
